Calin studied cello in the New England area before graduating from Berklee in 2010. While living in Boston she helped form the instrumental folk duo, Flightless Buttress, and was lucky enough to help kick off Berklee’s roots program playing along side Mark O’Connor. She is currently applying to masters programs to pursue a career in orchestral conducting.
